Our mission at My Next Stage ("MNS") is to help people make better career decisions through clarity, community, and trustworthy tools. Our Services are designed to support individuals and organizations in understanding work style alignment, exploring opportunities, and building more successful professional relationships.
By creating an account or using any My Next Stage Service, you agree to this User Agreement ("Agreement").
When you use My Next Stage, you agree to all of the terms in this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. These documents explain how we collect, use, and protect your information.
If you do not agree with this Agreement, do not create an account or use our Services. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by closing your account and discontinuing use of the Services.

You are considered a Member when you create an account. If you do not register, you may still access limited features as a Visitor.
We may update this Agreement and our policies periodically. If changes are material, we will notify you through email or within our Services. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

We may contact you via email, in-platform messages, or mobile notifications. You are responsible for maintaining current contact information.
Depending on your choices and settings, information you share may be visible to others (e.g., hiring teams, coaches, or Members). We honor your privacy settings.
You own the content you upload. By using our Services, you grant MNS a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
You may delete content at any time. Some copies may persist in backup systems for a limited period. We will never use your content in third-party advertising without your explicit consent.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not obligated to store or maintain your content unless required by law.
You may encounter employer job postings, outside coaching services, and third-party tools embedded within MNS. We are not responsible for services provided by third-party partners or other Members.
We reserve the right to limit usage, suspend accounts, and remove content that violates our policies.
All logos, assessments, product names, branding, and proprietary models—including the MNS Impact Survey, Alignment Model, and Essence Profile—are owned by My Next Stage.
Our platform recommends jobs, learning resources, peer groups, and alignment insights. AI-generated or automated insights may not always be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing any generated content before using or sharing it.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Next Stage and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or reputational harm.
Our total liability to you will not exceed the fees paid to MNS in the past 12 months, or $1000, whichever is greater. Some exceptions apply (e.g., fraud or intentional misconduct).
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination:
If you reside in the EU/EEA/Switzerland, Irish law applies. If you reside elsewhere, Delaware (USA) law governs disputes. Claims will be resolved in the courts of your region as outlined in the full policy.
If any part of this Agreement is unenforceable, the remainder still applies. Failure to enforce a clause does not waive future enforcement. You may not transfer this Agreement without consent. MNS may assign this Agreement to an affiliate or acquiring company.

If you believe content violates your rights or our policies, report it. We may remove content or restrict accounts if necessary to prevent harm.
